Just completed in December of 2022! Be one of the first to stay in this stunning, brand-new, custom luxury estate!! New everything, sprawling floorplan, Sonos sound, two fire pits, elegant hot tub, pool table, arcade machine, and even a private ski shuttle to take you to and from the slopes at Breckenridge! Nestled in the pines between Peaks 7 and 8, this elegant, warm, and inviting estate leaves no detail undone, including its 5-star view of the Continental Divide. Situated on a large lot off Ski Hill Road near a culdesac, this brand-new luxury home is an escape from everything, yet less than two miles from the base of Peak 8 Ski lifts. Luxury finishes, furnishings fit for a movie star, and designer decor appoint this 5200 square feet mountain home giving your group room to spread out and retreat into the peacefulness of the mountains. The house could be the entire vacation itself. You will never want to leave.
As you enter, you are greeted by 20-foot vaulted wood ceilings with steel beams, timber, a large stone fireplace, and a chef's kitchen with the best appliances. Off the great room sits the covered deck with built-in heaters, a table for 12, fire pit, and plenty of spaces to lounge, soak in the southern views and the sun. Or if you are chilled from a day on the slopes, curl up on the wrap-around sofa or cozy lounge chairs in front of the fire with a 77-inch OLED screen, plus a built-in Sonos system. A formal dining area for 12 people brings loved ones around the same table on an all too rare but treasured occasion. Let the family chef present their meal of choice while the rest of the family hangs around the enormous island with seating for six. A gorgeous built-in stone gas grill awaits the family's best grill master.
A modern staircase will take you up to the first Primary Bedroom, a private family retreat including a king bed, 60" QLED TV, and a magazine-worthy 5-piece master bath including a steam shower and walk-in closet. Adjacent to this bedroom is a cozy loft with a soft-close barn door, perfect for the private movie escape, a business call, or the kids who want to be close to mom and dad while crashing on the full-size pullout. Moving back down the large stairway, you find yourself on the entry level with a large laundry/mud area and a luxuriously tiled powder bath. But the real showstopper on this level is yet another primary retreat for those who want to step away from the action. It includes a king bed, a 60" QLED TV, a luxurious walk-in steam shower, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in closet. A half level down from the entry level, you find yourself in front of two additional kings, one of which can easily be made into two twins for kids who want to be close to their parents. Each of these guest rooms has a full private bathroom, a 50" QLED TV, and might quite possibly be the coziest space in the house.
Choose to emerge from the mid-level guests' suites and walk another half flight down. You will quickly find yourself in the entertainment zone of the house, as two distinct gathering areas cascade from one to the other, including a wet bar, fireplace, pool table, arcade machine, and 85" UHD TV with a large sectional meant to fit multiple families for your favorite Sunday game or movie night. Or you can grab that favorite drink from the wet bar and meander out the back to a large patio with beautiful landscaping, an elevated hot tub, and the perfect firepit for smores and stargazing. And suppose entertainment central wasn't one of the best parts of the house. In that case, the kids can quickly wander down the hall on this level to the oversized bunk room with built-in nooks for each of the twin over full built-in bunk beds. This level also features a spa bath with multiple showers for a post-ski warm-up or a post-hot tub rinse.

* This is a no-smoking/vaping home.
* You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home.
* No parties or events allowed.
* 4wd required during winter months
* House Rules, the hosts' Rental Agreement, and Pool Addendum must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
* Damage deposit will be held on each stay.
* Ski Shuttle runs from November through April. Reserve your pick-ups. Subject to certain terms/conditions.
* New Years week must book December 27th or later; Christmas week must check out December 29th or earlier (to allow booking space for the adjacent Holiday)
