It may be the only mineshaft in Breckenridge no one wants to leave.

Set in the exclusive Peak 8 Court, steps from Super Chair lifts, ski schools, the gondola, and Breckenridge's best dining. In summer, walk straight into Epic Discovery — mountain coaster, ropes course, mini golf, climbing wall, and endless hiking trails.
Main Level
A barnwood-wrapped elevator carries luggage effortlessly between floors. The great room opens through soaring glass to a stone fireplace, hammered steel-and-wood beams, and a Sonos sound system throughout. The kitchen is a chef's dream — three refrigerators, a full chef's pantry, and high-end appliances — with dining for 10 at a custom Patagonia-made table, plus a private patio grill for steak nights under the stars.

A hotel-lounge-style bar sets the scene for evening cocktails, backed by pool, ping pong, Super Chex Hockey, and a ski-cable pull-up bar (losers owe the group 10 reps). Unwind by the fireplace, soak tired legs in the private hot tub, or settle into the 12-seat home theater — cork flooring, specialty acoustics, dual subs, the works.

A heated, enclosed prep room built for a serious group: custom boot dryers, 15 private ski lockers, a washer/dryer, and a dedicated full bathroom with glass-surround shower.
Sleeping
Six luxurious bedrooms, each with a flat screen and private bath. Two primary suites — one on the main floor, one upstairs with its own fireplace beside a custom copper soaking tub — feature king beds and 5-piece baths. Three queen rooms share a central lounge, and the lower level bunk room sleeps four more in a hammered-oak-framed retreat with four queen beds. Eighteen guests, and nobody's waiting on a bathroom.
